Mohnish Behl will mark his return on the big screen with the Sanjay Dutt, Arjun Kapoor starrer Panipat

For the uninitiated, Mohnish Behl is known for his jobs in Rajshri films like Hum Aapke Hai Koun! also, Hum Saath Hain. The on-screen character, subsequent to acquiring fame on TV with shows like Sanjeevni and Dil Mil Gaye, is wanting to come back to the extra large screen. Furthermore, he will do as such with this perfect work of art of Ashutosh Gowariker, Panipat. Strangely, this will be Behl’s first period verifiable film.
Reports have it that he will assume the job of Nana Saheb otherwise known as Balaji Baji Rao, who is relied upon to be the cousin of Sadashiv Rao Bhau played by Arjun in the film. Mohnish will assume the job of Padmini Kolhapure otherwise known as Gopikabai’s better half. The film is relied upon to follow the third skirmish of Panipat which was said to be battled between the Marathas and the ruler of Afghanistan, Ahmad Shah Abdali who pursued a war against them alongside their Indian partners.
Talking about having Mohnish Behl on board, maker Sunita Gowariker expressed in reports that the character of Nana Saheb is a multi-layered one. She was likewise all commendations for him including that he is hugely gifted and adaptable on-screen character who has never neglected to inspire us with his exhibitions.
With respect to the film Panipat, it likewise stars Sanjay Dutt. We hear that it is required to go on floor this month itself. Truth be told, even a set is said to have been raised in Karjat for the film and Pune’s Shaniwar Wada too has been reproduced.
