I would start with the app, and if that isn’t what you want try the browser app. Let me know how it goes. So I tried both links and I keep getting the pop up that says this is not a verified microsoft app, get from the app store.

Antoinette, the first one installs fine, prompts me to sign in. The second web app has a sign in link at the top right to sign into your account or create one.
