I think I have given my best to the show!
The Voice India Kids is all set to reach its final leg. The competition has become fierce and the search for the best has begun! The recent contestant to be eliminated from the show is Ridipta Sharma – a sensational performer from Guwahati.
Yes, Ridipta Sharma who hails from Assam has bid adieu to the show. We got in touch with her about her journey on the show. Below is an excerpt from her interview:-
How was your experience on the show?
I fall short of words to explain my experience on the show. This is the best platform to get well versed with our talent and to discover our capabilities. I think I have given my best in this show and I am very happy.
How will this show help you in your future?
I have learnt how to perform in front of the camera and live audience. This has helped me overcome my stage fear.
Which contestant are you going to miss a lot?
I have a very good bond with all the contestants so I am going to miss them all. But I have a special and strong bond with Vishwaprasad and Mismi Bose, so I am going to miss them the most.
Are you going to be in touch with the coaches?
Yes, definitely I will be in touch with all three of them. They have guided me on this show with a promise to help me in all ways possible, otherwise as well. I hope I get to work with them in the future.
Tell us something about your chemistry with the coaches?
My chemistry with all three coaches is very good. But I feel its best with Shekhar sir. Even though I find him a bit strict, I am more close to him. He is extremely focused and doesn’t take things lightly. What I have learnt from him is priceless and it’s no wonder that he is amongst the best in the industry.
How was your reaction, after getting so much of fame from the show The Voice India Kids’?
I have started getting a good amount of fame from people since I got selected in Blind auditions. There are a lot of people who have started following me on social media. They complement me, my voice and performance. It feels great. But I am not taking this for granted. I have a long way to go and the only way I can make a mark for myself is through practice.
What are your plans for future?
I am back home now and life is as it was before. I am focusing on studies now while music will always remain a priority.
