On the occasion of Guru Purnima, Sony TV’s Mere Sai: Shraddha Aur Saburi to showcase Dwarkamai in a new avatar

Sony Entertainment Television’s Mere Sai: Shraddha Aur Saburi that recently took a leap into a new chapter of “Sai Katha” showcases how Sai Baba (Tushar Dalvi) teaches everyone to welcome the art of balance and prosperity with the emergence of industrialization. Taking the story ahead, on the occasion of Guru Purnima, the makers will be introducing a new chapter unveiling the revamp of ‘Dwarkamai.’

The track opens with Sai Baba travelling to a nearby village for a few days where he urges Manohar to release a cub that belongs in the wild. On the other hand, Sai Baba’s bhakts in Shirdi get together and decide to upgrade Dwarkamai before Sai’s return and surprise him on the occasion of Guru Purnima. From collecting donations to providing physical help, the work finally begins. But, even though they know Sai wouldn’t allow this to happen, they are determined to make this work as an offering to him. But then, Shirdi experiences heavy rains due to which, the roads are washed way. This creates panic amongst the citizens of Shirdi. A worried Baijamai leaves everything and prays for Sai Baba’s safety. It will be interesting to see what happens when Sai Baba returns and sees a renovated Dwarkamai which consists of a Palki and other materials that will bring him comfort. Considering Sai believes in simplicity, it will be fascinating to see how Sai Baba reacts to this new change.

Tushar Dalvi who portrays the role of Sai Baba said, “Sai Baba is said to be one of the most grounded god for whom, materialist offerings are not necessary. He strongly believes if something is not a necessity then it must be avoided. But his devotees who are his loyal bhakts are ready to go to any extent to make him happy. As Sai Baba is also considered to be Jagat guru, they decide to renovate Dwarkamai for him on the occasion of Guru Purnima. While change is inevitable, few things must always remain unchanged. It will be interesting to see how the tracks proceed further with industrialization and now the newly renovated Dwarkamai”.
